Effective table management can help restaurants increase revenue, the TableControl™ restaurant table management utility will help maximise seating capacity and increase customer satisfaction. TableControl's smart graphical view will show the status of tables at a glance, tables on the display change colour to indicate the current status (table closed, diners eating, table available, etc). Each table indicates the table number, the number of seats available and the time the table has been occupied.
If the restaurant is running at full capacity the TableControl™ wait list feature will manage your guests waiting time. The Wait list feature will estimate the time for the next available table enabling you to give waiting guests a more accurate wait time, as tables become available the wait list feature will suggest the next party to be seated and ensure that waiting diners are seated in the correct order.
When a guest paging system is incorporated TableControl™ can even page the waiting guest for them to return to the hostess station to be seated. TableControl™ also offers our integrated SMS text technology which can send a text message to the waiting guests mobile phone to alert them their table is now available.
