SMS Text Reservation Confirmation
TableControl™ offers a choice of email and SMS text booking confirmation.

When a customer makes a reservation online through your website, they have the option of receiving an email and text confirmation. The text confirmation and email sent to the customer will contain all the details of their booking.

Once a guest waiting for a table has been added to the TableControl™ wait list the system can call them by using a text message once their table is available. A simple click with the mouse will send a text message to their mobile phone notifying them that their table is ready.

As well as our smart SMS alerts TableControl™ can integrate with Pager Call Systems HME Wireless customer pagers, guest paging can be simply connected to the system TableControl™ will automaticaly alert the guest pager when the customer is selected from the wait list.

TableControl™ even monitors the text message to ensure that the message is delivered and alerts the restaurant on the status of the message.
